Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with The Living Word Co., you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases, deliveries, and interactions with our business.

Products & Handmade Nature

  • All products are handmade and locally produced.

  • Each item is designed, printed, cut, and packaged by hand, which may result in minor variations.

  • These variations are part of the authenticity of our goods and are not considered defects.

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders require 3–5 working days to be processed and fulfilled.

  • Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Policy

  • We use Courier Guy and Pudo Lockers for delivery.

  • Shipping typically takes 3–5 working days after fulfillment.

  • Orders are delivered to the nearest Pudo Locker, estimated based on the address provided.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels promptly once notified.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Defective products due to human error will be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • Proof of purchase is required for returns or refunds.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Living Word Co. is not liable for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for parcels uncollected from Pudo Lockers within the designated timeframe.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and delivery purposes.

  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
