  • Handmade items may have slight variations; these are not considered defects.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • As our products are handmade, occasional human error may occur.

  • If you receive a product with a significant defect or damage, please notify us immediately with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective items or incorrect orders.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • For Pudo Locker deliveries, please collect your order promptly once notified.

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
